Abstract
: Gherland agroforestry is an integrated land-use system that combines trees, crops, and aquaculture in gher areas to enhance productivity, and support sustainable livelihoods. This work examines the performance of tree species in detail within gherland agroforestry system in Jashore district. Farmers' preferences were identified through extensive surveys and assessments, and the most common preferences for gherland were Mahogany, Guava and Akashmoni.
