Md. Mainul Islam Rashad, Shamim Mia

Abstract

Crop duration in the field is a critical factor influencing yield, largely determined by the cumulative thermal time received during growth. Growing Degree Days (GDD), a measure of heat unit accumulation, is widely used to assess crop development and yield potential. In the coastal region of Bangladesh, 163 local landraces of Transplanted (T) Aman rice are cultivated, but the relationship between yield and GDD remains unclear
